I also just listened to their recently released track "Paralyzed" and it was ok. To be honest so far, I'ts my least favorite album. It's not bad however the previous albums were great. 7 minute long songs that fade into each other like one big adventure. To me, The Dream Walker was (so far) rushed. Only 10 tracks and none exceeding 5 minutes. I'm sure once I listened to the whole album I'll love it because it's AvA. Now let's talk about "The Wolfpack".
This song has such a catchy chorus and AvA is always good at nailing that. The chorus itself gets a 9/10. I wish the song was longer though. It definitely does sound like older AvA. However, can it compare to "The Adventure", "Surrender" or "Everything's Magic"? Personally I don't think so. We Don't Need To Whisper, I-Empire, and Love 1 and 2 were amazing albums. The Dream Walker to me is not quite there. At least not yet. Not with the tracks that I've heard. "The Wolfpack" is definitely a good song though. But it's not what I was expecting. And I expect perfection for Angels and Airwaves. With that said, "The Wolfpack" gets a 5.5/10
